One Continuous Loop of Clean Air
Every time a cleanroom door opens, outside contamination gets a chance to enter. The Air Shower Pass Box removes that risk by cleaning materials in a sealed chamber instead — here's the airflow path that makes it possible.
Air Drawn In
A centrifugal fan pulls ambient air into the chamber, starting the filtration cycle.
HEPA Filtration
Air passes through primary and HEPA filters, stripping out particulate down to 0.3 μm.
High-Velocity Blast
Filtered air exits precision nozzles at up to 25 m/s, blasting dust off every surface.
Recirculated
Contaminated air is drawn back in and re-filtered, keeping the chamber continuously clean.

304 Stainless Steel Doors
Full stainless steel construction with recessed handles — corrosion-resistant and easy to keep sterile.
Tempered Glass Viewing Window
EVA high-performance sealing strip keeps the chamber airtight while giving operators a clear view inside.

Mechanical interlock as standard, or upgrade to an imported electronic interlock for controlled access.

1.0 mm Thick Steel Body
